What data we collect

This site has no contact form and does not itself collect or store visitors' personal data. Contact happens directly by phone (a call or SMS from your own device) or via Messenger on Facebook — in both cases, the data you share with us (e.g. name, phone number, message content) reaches us through your telecom operator or the Meta platform, not through our website.

Purpose of processing

Data you share with us by phone or Messenger is processed solely to respond to enquiries about our offer and bookings (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — pre-contractual measures and the controller's legitimate interest).

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting booking, for no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law (e.g. tax regulations) requires a longer retention period.

Data recipients

Messages sent via Messenger are carried through the Meta (Facebook) platform — data processing for that service is governed by Meta's own privacy policy. Calls and SMS messages are handled by your telecom operator.

Your rights
